NO dealers, resellers or distributors are allowed to make purchases.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order or service to anyone for any reason at any time.
We reserve the right to modify our prices for our products at any time without notice.
Certain products may be available exclusively for a limited time. These products may have limited quantities and are subject to returns or exchange only according to our Return Policy. Every effort is made to showcase our products as accurately as possible, however colours and images of our products may appear different in person due to individual monitors calibrations. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display will be accurate. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person or geographic region; this is a case by case basis. All images and descriptions of products are subject to change at any time.
We are not liable for any harm or damages related to the purchase of our products at any time.
We undertake no obligation to update, amend or clarify information on our website or in our terms and conditions as occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to our products pricing, descriptions or shipping. We reserve the right to change or update/correct these inaccuracies or cancel orders due to these inaccuracies at any time without prior notice.
We cannot guarantee or warrant the use of our site will be uninterrupted, timely or secure and error free. You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the service is at your sole risk.
When you visit our website, we may collect certain information to process your purchases during check out. No billing or payment information will be stored or kept on file beyond checking out. We also may collect personal information if you are in direct contact with us for customer support which we will keep for our files to better assist you.
We always want our customers to be happy with their purchase and wish to assist you in any way that we can. If you wish to see photos prior to purchases we can arrange to send them to you upon request.
In order to be eligible for a return and full refund of the item NOT including shipping costs your items MUST be in PERFECT condition as received with all tags in original packaging and photos must be provided before returning an item. Please call 289-284-0450 or email firstname.lastname@example.org for Return Authorization Number within 7 days of receiving your package. This number MUST be written on the outside of the package or the package WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. You have 7 days to return the package with photo proof of shipping date and return authorization number required and shipping return is at your own expense. All items should be fully insured by you with postal insurance to cover their full value. All packages must be sent on a tracked and signed for service. A 20% restocking fee will be charged for any returned items that are not defective with the money to be put towards a store credit which can be used at any time. This will be taken off the product’s credit before refund is made. Failure to comply with the above will result in return to sender package and no refund will be issued.
Unfortunately we do not accept returns on any sale or special ordered products.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
If your product arrives damaged please contact us right away by phone 289-284-0450 or email email@example.com and please document all damages at the time of delivery. Please take photos of the box damages and any damaged items inside along with delivery documents and submit it by email to us within 72hrs. Failure to do all of this may result in the loss of a refund claim.
We will contact you as soon as we have received and inspected your returned product. We will contact you and let you know if the refund credit was approved or not and you will be sent a confirmation email issuing a store credit for the full amount paid LESS the 20% restocking fee and shipping charges.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
We will process your order within 1-3 business days (excluding holidays and weekends) once we have received your order confirmation email. Once shipped, we will email you your tracking information. All Canada and US orders will be shipped via Canada Post or UPS. We reserve the right to send packages via other shipping methods based on shipping destination. Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery dates as it is an estimated delivery date only. Most orders should arrive within Canada between 3-10 business days and to the US within 7-14 business days (Pre COVID estimated arrival times). All International orders will be shipped via Canada Post and estimated delivery times are between 7-30 business days and will vary depending on location. All import fees and duty taxes are the responsibility of the receiver. If we receive an incorrect address and the item is returned, the customer will be responsible to pay the shipping costs to have it re-shipped. We are NOT responsible for shipping delays due to unforeseen or current circumstances.
