We will process your order within 1-3 business days (excluding holidays and weekends) once we have received your order confirmation email. Once shipped, we will email you your tracking information. All Canada and US orders will be shipped via Canada Post or UPS. We reserve the right to send packages via other shipping methods based on shipping destination.
